I found James (and Jay) on-line via Craig’s List, DBA (Doing Business As) Next Generation Electrical. When I first called him, oh boy oh boy I was in a jam. My 85-year old buddy had NO hot water, for 5 weeks. We had been through 2 handymen, and 1 plumber. We were at wits-end. Jay correctly diagnosed the problem as an old defective Circuit Box, showing up on-time, after hours (and charged us accordingly!). The next day, James showed up on-time, and miraculously, and meticulously worked, and fixed / replaced. All of our problems evaporated, and now we have Hot Water galore. I hate to pay the “Cadillac” Price, but I sure love the Cadillac Service! I guess I’m trying to say, Good Help is well-worth the price. I guess what I’m trying to say is, the sweet taste of Next Generation Electrical’s good quality workmanship outlasts the sweetness of low prices from other inferior contractors.
I just want to say THANK YOU! I contacted your company on Monday for assistance with some electrical problem I had on a property in Lake Worth. The gentleman who answered the phone was very professional, understanding, and helpful. He immediately contacted a member of his team in Lake worth and within minutes an electrician was at the property. The electrician immediately identified the problem and provided me the the correct information.
